GHB Single dip drug test
Note: For forensic use or export only.
Gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) is a colorless, odorless chemical and has become one of the most dangerous illicit drugs of abuse today. It is known as one of the “date rape” drugs and there is an increasing trend of GHB being used as a recreational drug. The DrugCheck® GHB Single Test detects the presence of GHB in human urine at concentrations from 10 µg/mL to a maximum of 50 µg/mL.
GHB Test Procedure
Dip the end of the DrugCheck® GHB Single Test strip into the urine specimen for 5 seconds. Remove the GHB drug test strip from the specimen and place on a flat surface. At 2 minutes compare the color on the test strip pad to the color chart provided on the GHB Single Test pouch label. If the result is positive for GHB, dip the second test strip (provided) in the specimen for 5 seconds to rule out cross reaction with vitamin C.
